Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Rights

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği Article 15/ğ), the right of withdrawal (cancellation/refund) does not apply to distance contracts concerning digital services or products delivered online if the services have been initiated or digital files have been opened.

• You have a right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment, provided you have not utilized the platform.
• "Utilization" includes opening any e-book material, viewing slides, or beginning any quiz attempt.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• Any portion of any e-book or lecture note has been opened or read by your account.
• You have started or submitted a quiz or spelling exercise.
• The 14-day cancellation window from the transaction date has expired.
• Your account is suspended or banned due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing account credentials, exporting proprietary PDF outline caches).

3. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, you can submit a request by:

• Sending an email to dpo@erciyes.edu.tr with your account username, registered email address, and order transaction ID.
• Opening a support ticket directly through the support widget in the dashboard.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The transaction value will be credited back to your original payment card. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
